Who We Support
Public Companies
Any in-house legal team will have at least some gaps on bandwidth or experience. Our team can help you efficiently plug those gaps.
Private Companies
We provide "fractional" in-house counsel support to closely-held businesses which do not need to hire their own internal lawyer.
Techology Startups
We ourselves have VC venture partner experience and have advised tech companies for decades. Let help you use your limited resources wisely.
Foreign Investment in the U.S.
The international experience of our attorneys makes us highly attune to cultural differences that foreign investors face in the U.S.
What We Do
Technology & Commercial Agreements
We have deep experience in SaaS and software license, IP development, distribution, and supply agreements. We also review routine vendor contracts and NDAs with a "light pen" approach.
Venture Capital and M&A
We have Silicon Valley law firm experience to help startups maximize value and control, and to help investors to protect their investments.
Company Formation and Governance
Let us help you choose the right business entity structure and account for any special shareholder rights, as well as comply with ongoing corporate governance obligations for management, the board, and shareholders.
