Art has practiced at major law firms and as in-house counsel for more than 20 years, including at Morrison & Foerster and Cadence Design Systems.
He has advised technology and growth companies on M&A, venture capital, strategic investments, joint ventures, licensing and distribution transactions. His in-house background gives him a practical perspective on diligence, integration and the operating issues that can determine whether a transaction creates value.
Art received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, his J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
