Who We Are
Art Dicker
Managing Partner
Art has practiced at major law firms and as in-house counsel for 20 years, including at Morrison & Foerster and Cadence Design Systems (NASDAQ: CDNS). He has advised numerous technology companies on M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, licensing, and distribution deals as well as day-to-day advice on employment and other issues.
Art got his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, his JD from George Washington University, and his MBA from the University of Southern California (USC).
